We originally started looking at a Fulham loft conversion for a young couple who's brief changed to include a new life on the other side of the world.

We drew-up plans for a luxury villa with an outdoor pool at its heart, and the public spaces on the upper floor to maximise the incredible views. The clean white façade allowed shafts of light to penetrate deep into the plan, whilst at the rear the building opened-up completely towards the pool and garden for those early morning breakfasts and evening cocktail parties.

A central light-well sited over part of the internal pool created a evaporative cooling tower bringing natural air-conditioning t the whole house. The project was then handed-over as a self-build.
